This isn't a picture of a dog being a jerk, but a stray dog in China seeking revenge. The car's owner apparently kicked the dog, because the dog was sleeping in his parking spot.

Later the dog returned with some friends and proceeded to attack the car. It chewed up the body work, wheel trim, and wipers leaving quite a bit of dents, scratches and marks. A startled neighbor photographed the dogs attacking.
